You do not need to know how to swim to do this. Safety is at a premium and therefore you do not need to fear at all. A huge BBQ awaits you at the end, perfect after your unforgettable experience !
Chimpanzee viewing, Ngamba Island
You would be privileged to see chimpanzees close up and contribute to their conservation in the wild. The sanctuary aims to educate visitors and local communities about this remarkable species and the importance of conserving their fragile forest habitat. Here you would view a morning or afternoon feeding of the chimpanzees from the visitors' raised platform along the edge of the sanctuary's fence, hear an informative talk by sanctuary staff and enjoy the island's beautiful views and natural wildlife.{www.ngambaisland.org}
